Biden admin sued by 14 state AG’s over investigations into protesting parents

Fourteen Republican attorneys general have filed a lawsuit against several agencies and top-ranking members in the Biden administration, including President Joe Biden, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, in an effort to root out potential collusion.

The lawsuit is over the Biden administration’s failure to comply with their FOIA request for communications related to what led the Department of Justice (DOJ) to initiate federal surveillance against parents for expressing their grievances about their child’s education at school board meetings and in other places.
